These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CoachBoost website and app (the "Service"), provided by CoachBoost ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Using CoachBoost

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Accounts and eligibility

To use certain features you will need an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Where a user is a minor, a parent, guardian, or coach is responsible for that user's participation and for any required consent.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in CoachBoost — schedules, plans, messages, and similar team content. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, display, and operate the Service on your behalf. You are responsible for the content you post and for ensuring you have the right to share it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Among other things, you will not:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Upload harmful, abusive, harassing, or inappropriate content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Subscriptions and payment

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing terms, and any free tier will be presented at the time of purchase and are subject to the terms shown there. Where you subscribe through an app store, that store's billing terms also apply.

We are actively developing CoachBoost and may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or its users.
